Primary text

If the husband states, 'You are divorced' (أنت طلقة), or 'You are half a divorce' (أنت نصف طلقة), or 'You are half a divorce, a third of a divorce, a sixth of a divorce' (نصف طلقة ثلث طلقة سدس طلقة), one divorce occurs.
