Book of Divorce
Primary text
If the husband states to one wife, "Every time I divorce your co-wife, you are divorced," and then states the like to the other wife, and subsequently divorces the first wife, the first wife is divorced twice, and the second wife is divorced once. If the husband divorces the second wife, both wives are divorced once each.

If the husband states, "Every time I divorce you, your co-wife is divorced," and then states the like to the other, and subsequently divorces the first wife, both wives receive one divorce each. If the husband divorces the second wife, the second wife is divorced twice, and the first wife is divorced once. The justification for these outcomes aligns with the reasoning provided in the first legal issue.
