Does repeating the declaration of divorce ('You are divorced') to a wife who has already been entered into marriage constitute a second divorce after a long interval?

Primary text
If a husband says, 'You are divorced,' and a long period passes, and then he repeats the declaration to the wife with whom consummation has occurred, she is divorced a second time. This is because the declaration of divorce is an independent statement, and its repetition establishes a new divorce pronouncement.

The husband's claim that he intended the repetition as mere emphasis (*tawkīd*) is not accepted because emphasis is contingent upon immediate connection to the original utterance, similar to conjunctions, descriptions, or appositives (bada), which require immediate succession to the term they modify.
