What is the ruling when the circumstantial clause follows the main condition in an oath?

If the formulation is, "You are divorced if you speak to Zaid and Muhammad is with Khalid," divorce is not pronounced until Zaid is spoken to while Muhammad is with Khalid. The ruling remains the same even if the circumstantial condition follows the statement of the act conditioned upon.
