If a man states: 'Every time you swear by the divorce of all of you, then you are divorced,' and then repeats this statement a second time, each wife incurs three divorces. This is because repeating the statement constitutes a new oath concerning the divorce of each individual wife, and swearing by the divorce of each one is a prerequisite for the divorce of them all collectively.
