What is the ruling if the condition involves entering two specific houses, analogous to the first scenario?
Chapter on Explicit Divorce and Others

Book of Divorce
Primary text
The ruling is the same as in the first scenario (two differing views). However, if the specified act is customary to be performed by one individual alone (such as riding their respective mounts, wearing their respective garments, girding their respective swords, holding their respective spears, or entering with their respective spouses), then divorce occurs if the act is found to be performed individually by each spouse. For acts where individual performance is not customary, the ruling remains subject to the two differing views.
