What is the ruling if the condition is negated, such as 'If I do not swear by your divorce, you are divorced'?

Primary text
If stated using 'matā' or 'ayyu waqt' and repeated three times consecutively, only one divorce occurs if he took the oath immediately following the previous one, as he was not in breach on the first two occasions but breached on the third. If there was a silent interval between each oath sufficient for him to swear again, three divorces occur. If the phrasing used 'idhā' and it is construed as immediate, it is treated like 'matā' resulting in multiple divorces; otherwise, only one divorce occurs at the end of the life of one of them.
