If a husband says: 'If your marriage is dissolved, you are divorced three times before it,' and subsequently the marriage dissolves through means like fostering, apostasy, or unlawful intercourse, the ruling applied in the conditional case above should apply, and there is no dispute that the marriage dissolves. The objection raised against the position that nullifies the conditional divorce entirely is that this scenario leads to the same logical impasse, yet dissolving the marriage via these recognized means is undisputed. Therefore, the logical impasse should not preclude the ruling when the dissolving event occurs.
