Primary text
If a wife combines the intent to go to the bathhouse and another place during departure, there are two views. One view states that the divorce occurs because she departed to a place other than the bathhouse, and the other place was added, thus fulfilling the condition for the oath being broken, analogous to swearing not to speak to Zayd and then speaking to Zayd and Amr. The other view is that the divorce does not occur because she did not depart exclusively to a place other than the bathhouse; rather, the departure was shared between the permitted and the prohibited.
