If a husband says, 'If you swear by divorcing you, you are divorced,' and then says, 'You are divorced so that I honor you,' divorce takes place immediately. If he says, 'If you swear by the freeing of my slave, you are divorced,' and then says, 'My slave shall be free so that I stand up,' the woman is divorced. If he says, 'If you swear by divorcing my wife, my slave is free,' and then says, 'You are divorced, I fasted yesterday,' the slave is freed.
