What is the ruling when a husband says conditionally, 'If you enter the house, you are divorced, a divorce with two other divorces included,' and the wife enters?

If a husband states, 'If you enter the house, you are divorced, a divorce with two other divorces included,' and the wife enters, three divorces occur. Some companions of Al-Shafi'i mention this formulation without any disagreement being reported regarding it among them.
