What is the ruling when a husband says to his wife, 'You are divorced according to innovation (Bid'ah),' and the divorce timing aligns with a Bid'ah?

If the husband states, 'You are divorced according to innovation' (Anti Taliqun lil-Bid'ah), and the divorce occurs at a time deemed an innovation (Bid'ah), the divorce is effective. If it is not at a time of innovation, the divorce does not take place in any condition.
