What is the ruling when a husband says to his wife, 'You are divorced according to the Sunnah,' but the divorce timing does not align with the Sunnah?

If the husband states, 'You are divorced according to the Sunnah' (Anti Taliqun lis-Sunnah), but the timing is not within the prescribed time frame of the Sunnah, the attribute (Sunnah) becomes void, and the divorce does not take place in any condition because the prerequisite condition was not met.
