Chapter on Explicit Divorce and Others

Book of Divorce
Primary text
If the husband confirms the menstruation of three women and denies the fourth, only the woman whose claim he denied is divorced. Her statement regarding her menstruation is accepted in her case, and since the husband confirmed the others, the condition of four menstruating women is fulfilled concerning her. The confirmed women are not divorced because the statement of the woman he denied is not accepted as valid regarding their condition.
