Primary text
The second wife is divorced immediately. Subsequently, if he says to the first wife what he initially said to her, or if he says to the second wife what he initially said to her, the second wife is divorced, and this applies up to the third time. No divorce takes effect upon the first wife through these subsequent statements because the oath in both instances is conditioned upon the divorce of the second wife.
