Chapter on Explicit Divorce and Others

Primary text
If one greets a group where the intended person is present, and the greeting is intended for all members of the group, the oath is broken because he has spoken to them all. If the greeting was intended for those other than the specific person, the oath is not broken, as he only spoke to others whom he intended, while the intended person heard. If the speaker was unaware that the intended person was among the group, there are two differing narrations: one states the oath is broken because he spoke to all of them while he was among them, and the other states it is not broken because he did not intend to address the specific person.
