What is the ruling on the option if the wife does not choose herself, or chooses her husband, and is then divorced and remarries him?

If the wife does not exercise the option, or if she chooses her husband, and the husband then divorces her, and they remarry, the stipulated option is nullified. An option stipulated in one contract does not carry over into a subsequent contract, similar to stipulations in sales contracts.
