Primary text

If someone states to another person, 'If anyone enters your house, my slave is free,' and the owner of that house enters it, the condition is not fulfilled resulting in the slave being freed. The contextual implication of the speaker's intent is that the oath pertains to others entering, thus excluding the house owner from the scope of the general statement.

Supporting text

It is possible to rule that the condition is fulfilled and the slave is freed, adhering to the sweeping nature of the literal wording and setting aside the context.
