What is the ruling for stating, 'You are divorced four times, except for two'?

According to the first view (mentioned previously), the exception is valid, and two divorces occur. According to the opinion of Al-Qadi (mentioned previously), the exception should not be valid, and three divorces should occur, because the exception refers back to the three possessed divorces, thereby constituting an exception of the majority.
