Must a wife claiming to be the divorced one swear an oath when the husband denies her claim?

If the wife who was not acknowledged by the husband as divorced claims that she is the one divorced, the husband's denial is accepted, as she is the claimant. There are two narrations concerning whether she must swear an oath regarding her claim.
