Is the full dowry due if a husband looks at his wife while she is naked bathing without seclusion?

The dowry is required upon the husband if he looks upon his wife while she is naked bathing. This is stated in a narration from Muhanna attributed to Ahmad, and it is related from Ibrahim that if he views that which is forbidden for others to view of her, the dowry is incumbent, as it constitutes a form of enjoyment akin to kissing.
