Primary text
It is valid to initiate *Khul'* concerning two wives for a single consideration, or *Kitaba* concerning several slaves for a single consideration, despite some difference of opinion. In the case of *Khul'*, the consideration is divided among the two wives proportionally according to their respective dowries. In the case of *Kitaba*, the consideration is divided according to the value of the slaves.
Supporting text
According to the opinion of Abu Bakr, the consideration in both *Khul'* and *Kitaba* must be divided equally among the parties involved.
