If the buyer gifts the slave back to the seller, and then the buyer goes bankrupt while the price is still due from him, the seller has the right to claim the price alongside the other creditors without dispute. This is because nothing of the price has returned to the seller, and thus the full payment was due to the seller prior to the bankruptcy, distinguishing this case from the previous scenario.
