What is the ruling if guardians marry off a minor without the dower equivalent to her peers (Mahr al-Mithl)?

Guardians are not permitted to marry off a minor without the dower equivalent to her peers. If they marry her off without the Mahr al-Mithl, the Mahr al-Mithl is established without requiring an oath.
