What is the ruling when a husband gives lumber (khashab) to his wife as dower, and she fashions it into doors, thereby increasing its value?

Primary text
If a husband gave lumber as dower and the wife fashioned it into doors, increasing its value, the husband cannot claim back half of it due to the increase in value. Furthermore, the husband is not obligated to accept half of the resulting doors because this constitutes a deficiency, as the material is no longer suitable for its previous potential uses, such as roofing.
