If the husband divorces her after the harvest, and the land neither increased nor decreased in value due to the planting, he reverts to taking half of the land. If the planting caused a decrease or an increase, he reverts to half its value, unless he agrees to take the deficient land, or she agrees to give him the increased land.

The issues concerning planted trees (غراس) follow the same rulings as those concerning cultivated crops (زرع).
