Is it recommended to call the people to the eclipse prayer, and what is the call?

It is recommended to call people to the prayer using the phrase, 'Al-Salatu Jami'ah' (Prayer in congregation). This is based on the report from Abdullah ibn Amr that when the sun eclipsed during the Prophet's time, the call 'Al-Salatu Jami'ah' was made.
Supporting text
Neither the Adhan nor the Iqamah is recommended, because the Prophet (PBUH) performed the prayer without either, and since it is a voluntary prayer outside the five prescribed prayers, it is analogous to other voluntary prayers concerning recitation.
