Which prayer is prioritized when two prayers, such as an eclipse prayer and another prayer (like Friday, Eid, obligatory prayer, or Witr), coincide?

When two prayers coincide, the one feared to be missed first is begun with. If both are feared to be missed, the obligatory prayer takes precedence. If neither is obligatory, such as when eclipse prayer coincides with Witr or Tarawih, the more confirmed Sunnah (Asakkad) prayer is prioritized. For instance, the eclipse prayer is prioritized over Witr because it is more confirmed (Witr can be made up, but the eclipse prayer is not made up).
