Does a dedication specifying 'my children only of my loins' (على ولدي لصلبي) affect the scope?

When the settler specifies the dedication is 'upon my children of my loins' or 'those who succeed me directly' (الذين يلونني), the Waqf is exclusively limited to the first generation, excluding all subsequent descendants.
