When an endowment benefits 'his children and their children,' is there parity in distribution between male and female descendants?

Primary text
When an endowment benefits 'his children and their children' without specification, equality (*taswiyah*) between males and females is mandatory. This is because the language implies a partnership (*tashrik*), similar to the ruling for uterine siblings in inheritance where they share a third equally. This absolute inclusion demands equal shares unless the endower explicitly stipulates a preference.
