Are recipients of an endowment for relatives entitled to receive it whether they are rich or poor?

Based on the apparent positions of Al-Khiraqi and Imam Ahmad, those relatives who inherit the remainder are entitled to receive it whether they are poor or rich. This is because an endowment is not restricted to the poor; if an endowment is designated for one's children, it includes both the poor and the rich among them, and the same principle applies here.
