What is the ruling on an endowment (Waqf) established for beneficiaries who are valid recipients, followed by beneficiaries who are not valid recipients?

Book of Endowments (Awqaf) and Donations
Primary text
The endowment is valid if established first upon those upon whom endowment is permissible, and subsequently upon those upon whom endowment is not permissible, such as an endowment upon one's children, then upon the act of selling (implying transfer to the general public or prohibited entities). The endowment is deemed valid in this sequence. After the extinction of the initially permissible beneficiaries, the funds are directed to the recipient designated for interrupted endowments (al-Waqf al-Munqati'). This is because mentioning a recipient upon whom endowment is invalid is equivalent to not mentioning them at all in this sequential structure.

There is an alternative view suggesting that the endowment is invalid because it combines permissible and impermissible conditions, resembling the invalidity associated with dividing a transaction (tafriq al-ṣafqah).
