The term 'my sons' (waladi) used by the endower intrinsically covers his entire progeny and descendants, encompassing all generations unless clearly restricted.

Under the view held by Al-Qadi, the inclusion of the phrase 'and for the children of my son' implies that the children of the named sons are included because the fundamental ruling derived from Ahmad's general view is that 'my sons' covers all descendants and future generations.
