If the contract is ruled valid for the successors despite the rejection, there are two derived opinions regarding immediate disposition. The first opinion suggests the property transitions immediately to the next entitled recipient. The second suggests the property is administered for its designated purpose until the death of the rejecting individual, after which it transfers to the subsequent recipient.
