The attribution of the dwelling to the occupant is established as a literal truth (*haqiqah*), not a prohibited metaphor (*majaz*), based on the scriptural and contextual evidence demonstrating affiliation through residence and exclusivity. Even if it were considered a metaphor, it is a commonly understood one, meaning the expression encompasses the action, comparable to swearing not to drink from 'so-and-so's waterskin' (*riwayah*), which includes drinking from one's personal waterskin (*mazadah*).
