Primary text
If one swears an oath not to eat milk, consuming milk from livestock, hunted animals, or human milk incurs breaking the oath (hanith). This ruling applies whether the milk is fresh, soured (ra'ib), liquid, or solidified, as all are considered milk by common understanding and linguistic usage. This is the ruling established.
