Does continuing a journey constitute breaking an oath not to travel if one is already traveling?

If a person swears not to travel, and he is currently traveling, he does not break his oath if he begins his return journey or stops. However, if he proceeds further in his journey, the oath is broken. This is because continuation is considered travel, as indicated by phrases such as, 'I traveled for a month.'
