Does eating the unripe part of a mixed date (basr) break an oath specifically sworn against eating ripe dates (rutab)?

If a person swears not to eat ripe dates (rutab) and eats only the unripe portion (basr) of the mixed date, the oath is not broken. If a person swears not to eat unripe dates (basr) and eats only the ripe portion (rutab) of the mixed date, the oath is not broken.
