Does eating from the unripe portion of a mixed date break an oath sworn not to eat ripe dates, or vice versa?

If one swears not to eat ripe dates and eats the unripe part from the fruit associated with the ripe oath, and another person swears not to eat unripe dates and eats the remaining part associated with the unripe oath, both are absolved of their respective oaths.
