Does an oath break if the characteristic changes in a way that does not remove its name?

Primary text
If the characteristic changes but the original name remains, such as meat being roasted or boiled, a slave being sold, or a man falling ill, the oath is broken without known dispute. This is because the name upon which the oath was based did not cease, nor did the change cease, thus the obligation remains as if no change occurred.
