Is partial fulfillment of expiation (Kaffarah) via food and clothing sufficient?

It is not sufficient to discharge the obligation by giving a poor person only a portion of the required food and a portion of the required clothing for expiation. This is considered as if nothing was given, because neither the full obligatory food nor the full obligatory clothing was provided to the recipient.
