Primary text
A person breaks his oath if he enters intentionally, whether he enters by the gate, climbs over the wall, enters through an opening, breaches a wall and enters from behind it, or if he throws himself into water leading to the place and submerges himself in it before entry. Any intentional method of entry results in breaking the oath.
