Is the remembrance of God (*Dhikr*) a violation of an oath sworn not to speak?

Primary text
If a person engages in the remembrance of God (Dhikr), the oath not to speak is not broken. Evidence supporting this is that if one is commanded to remain silent from speaking to people for three days, they are simultaneously commanded to remember their Lord often and glorify Him in the evening and morning (Quran 3:41). This implies that remembrance is distinct from the prohibited speech.
