What is the requirement for an intention to redirect the meaning of an oath's wording?

Primary text
For an oath's wording to be redirected to the swearer's intention, the wording must be capable of bearing that meaning. If the intention relates to something the wording cannot possibly imply (e.g., swearing not to eat bread but intending not to enter a house), the oath does not conform to the intention because it is an unsupported, mere intention, akin to a statement made without an oath.
