If a man says to his wife, "You are divorced if you speak to Zayd and Amr," or says, "My slave is free if you speak to Zayd and Amr," neither the divorce nor the manumission takes effect unless both conditions are met. This is because making the speaking to both of them a condition requires the fulfillment of the entire condition for the result to be established.
