Ruling on an oath concerning goods made or acquired through multiple individuals or shared ownership.

Primary text
If an oath is sworn not to wear a garment woven by another person (Zaid), nor eat from a pot used for cooking by another person, nor enter a house they purchased, or not to wear a garment sewn by Zaid, the ruling follows the preceding dispute concerning mixed materials. If the person wears something woven or sewn by him and another, or eats from a shared cooking pot, or enters a jointly purchased house, the same disagreements apply.
Supporting text
If the oath specifies avoiding something entirely attributable to one person, such as swearing not to wear something sewn by Zaid, wearing an item sewn by both Zaid and another breaks the oath. This is contrasted with stating 'a garment sewn by Zaid.' Similarly, swearing not to enter a house belonging to Zaid, and then entering a house jointly owned by him and someone else, results in two differing scholarly opinions regarding whether the oath is broken.
