What is the ruling regarding an oath concerning a dwelling (Dar) when the dwelling is borrowed or usurped?

Primary text
The oath concerning a dwelling is distinguished from the animal case because breaking the oath regarding the dwelling is tied to the act of residing therein, causing the dwelling to be attributed to that person because of the residency. If the dwelling is usurped or borrowed without residency, it is not attributed to him, and the swearer does not break his oath, making it the same as one who borrows or usurps an animal.
