Primary text
An oath to leave a town or city entails only the departure of the person himself. The departure from a town is distinct from the habitual exiting from a dwelling, thus requiring only the individual's physical departure to fulfill the oath.
Supporting text
When swearing an oath to leave a town, full compliance (Barr) is only achieved by departing with one's family.
