What is the standard for clothing (kaswah) required for those whose sustenance (it'am) suffices the poor?

The clothing standard for those whose sustenance suffices the poor is the same as that which suffices them for feeding the poor. This is established based on the statement of Allah, the Exalted: {Then its expiation is feeding ten poor people from the middling sort of food you feed your families, or clothing them} (Quran 5:89). The pronoun refers to the poor mentioned in the context of feeding.
