Does using the term 'residence' (*maskan*) instead of 'house' (*dar*) in an oath similarly bind the oath-taker to the dwelling occupied by the named person?

If one swears, "I will not enter the residence (*maskan*) of Zayd," the oath is broken by entering the dwelling that Zayd occupies. This scenario is analogous to the main issue regarding the dwelling (*dar*). If one states, "This is the residence of Zayd," it is an admission of his association with it, and there is no disagreement on this point.
